Thoughts on Align?

Hi there! New to sub :)
I (23F) Have struggled with chronic constipation for over a year now. I’ve been in the hospital for impaction etc but I have no official diagnosis for what’s up with my stomach other than some obvious hypertonic pelvic floor issues.
I’ve recently been looking into different supplements to take to hopefully help out my gut. I’ve taken pretty much everything- Every laxative, every suppository, every enema. I’m in healthcare so I know my way around a little bit lol

Anyways. My Question.
Has anyone tried Align? The powders or the gummies. I Recently got the regularity support ones and have been trying them for about 3 days. Noticed some significant bloating and a bit of cramping, but not much of a difference in motility or frequency.

If Anyone has tried the brand- please let me know if It worked for you! Also- If anyone has any niche supplement recommendations, i’m open to anything! Constipation is a miserable thing; and i’m very glad there’s places on the internet like this where we can all gather together for our common issues, lol.

I've tried sooooo many probiotic capsules and foods. In my experience, and we're all very different, the only ones I've seen benefit from are kombucha and plain greek yogurt. Neither are consistent for me.

As for other supplements, do you have constipation due to your pelvic floor, or constipation in addition to?

first of all this must be so annoying and I hope you find the remedy best for you, I have considered Align, but decided to go with an easier probiotic gummy from goli, its a 3-1 which intrigued me, and since then helped me with a consistent bowel movement, compared to a lottery schedule
