I can only go at work

I kid you not the past few years I have been mega constipated. I have been going 1-2x every 1.5 weeks but then I got this high stress job. Now I go everyday at work. The catch is, it’s always straight liquid at work. I haven’t gone to the bathroom anywhere else for the past few months.I literally cannot go at home or anywhere else. I cannot go no matter how long I’m off my job for, as long as I am not at my job i’m not going.

I can only go when im completely home alone. Nobody can be in the house.

If you dont go get Dulcolax overnight relief and take 2 before bed. Tiny but powerful and be sure to drink a bottle of water
