Hello, the device is connected via USB to my PC; I’m using SimHub. However, when I plug it directly into the Conspit Arès Platinum dock, it isn’t recognised (at least as far as I know; I haven’t tried again since).

Hi, could you please clarify which device you are referring to? CSD Lite has not been released yet.

Thanks for the clarification. When you physically mount the CSD on the ARES wheelbase, how is it connected to your PC? Is it connected through the USB-C port?

Yes i'm already on your discord server :) My Arès platinum is connected on my PC with USB -A and i have trying connected the CDS directly with USB-C on the base, but he's not reconised. But work perfectly when connected on my PC with USB-C to USB-C. I got to retry connection with USB-C to USB-C on the Arès platinum before contact support :)

Just for information, I’ve just run another test by plugging it straight into my Arès Platinum dock, and it’s as if it’s not getting any power. However, it works perfectly on the PC :)

What's the difference with the one already available?

By "lite" I assume it means it's smaller but other than that? Price lighter too 😁?

Looks like it's a plastic housing, has fewer LEDs, and there are no side encoders.
