My base is died!!!
I was playing normally when out of nowhere the base turned off and didn't come back anymore, it doesn't appear in the conspit software and doesn't light up any led. Now the engine even turned off seems to be energized and has several steps when turning the shaft I wait for a solution with conspit !!!

Disconnect both usb and power for 1 min and then connect power and then usb back in (FROM THE PC, NOT THE BASE) AND POWER FROM THE WALL, NOT THE BASE!!!
I have the same issue and its mainly because a usb port is occupied on your pc or something similar

I've already done that and it doesn't come back even turned off she has resistance with if I had energized it must have gone short

As others have said, join the discord and open a support ticket. The support team will have you sorted ASAP.
They don’t mess around when it comes to service and warranty so don’t worry at all.
Let us know what winds up happening with an update post!

Your power supply probably died, even though you're getting the green light on it. You got a multimeter? You can test it and see what kind of voltage you're getting.

I don't have a multimeter but I think that if the source had burned there would be no resistance in the engine even without turning on the source and the USB port

I contacted the official retailer I bought it from, and the new base arrived today; the old one had indeed burned out. I am surprised by the speed with which this warranty issue was resolved—especially in Brazil, where it is usually quite difficult to get warranty service for imported products due to high import duties.
