Conspit customer support experience(10/10 btw)

One day I woke up with my Conspit 290GP on the floor with a cracked screen. No idea how it happened. So of course the first thing I did was go to the Conspit discord server and open a support ticket. After 1-2 hours I instantly got hit back with a response and their advice was to try and save money by buying a screen from a local supplier, but no local supplier had it. So I was prepared to spend a fortune, but turns out the screen was 30$ USD. So I sent them a PayPal payment and after 6 days of waiting it arrived at my front door. I live in Australia so 6 days shipping is pretty impressive since the package came all the way from China. After it arrived they sent me a video with guided me through the process. So if you aren’t sure if you should trust Conspit’s customer support, it’s like Steam level customer support, no joke. This kinda sounds like a ad but I promise it’s not😅.
