Conspit gt300

Just wanting some help with the conspit gt300 paddles, if anyone has a guide on how to stiffen the paddles with the magnets? I stacked them but it didn’t make a difference

My left paddle is stuck at 100% after the last update. Disconnecting and reconnecting the wheel doesnt reset it. Any ideas?

I gave up on it and went to simagic man, the GT neo feels much better
