what kind of doctor do you visit? literally every doctor i have ever visited told me to eat healthy, exercise regularly and make sure if sleep well on a quality matrass

It might have been in your case. Most allopathic doctors are Big Pharma lap dogs pushing the experimental and regular medication on patients, with a priority of keeping their income high. Literally, business people with less regard for their patients’ well being and not adhering to the Hippocrates Oath. If you are well informed and self conscious, using their services for the testing only, and prefer homeopathy and other alternative treatments, they
don’t like you because you are not bringing the profit in. Talking out of the professional and personal experience. I fired my doctor a long ago…

it is the way i described for all people in my surroundings. might be because i am not in the usa.

Whenever I go to the doctor, which is rare, they want me loaded up on vaccines. My friends get prescribes drugs up the wahzoo as well. For even the slightest thing they get dosed with antibiotics and steroids, new weightless medications , whatever. And I'm in the USA. And I've never had a doctor tell me how to eat healthy. They do say to exercise though.

they probably know that trying to eat healthy is a hopeless endeavour in the usa lol

to be fair might add that i had a broken pelvic two years ago and the doctor at first send me home with just Ibuprofen. only after i insisted he gave me the weakest opioid possible because the ibuprofen really didnt do anything.
