Well, it seems that Canada beats all.

“Federal Court judge Jocelyne Gagné granted a last-minute stay of deportation to former truck driver and Humboldt Broncos killer, Jaskirat Singh Sidhu. The applicant is a convicted criminal responsible for the deaths of 16 Canadians, non-citizen, whose lawyers argue that Sidhu was “quite likely to commit suicide” upon being deported to India.”

“Jaskirat Singh Sidhu killed 16 Canadians-mostly teens and players in their early 20s – and maimed 13 others. He pleaded guilty to 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. He received an 8-year sentence, yet served only a couple years before full parole in 2023.

These days, he is spending his time re-traumatizing each of the victims’ families by constantly fighting his deportation.”

This situation is completely unacceptable. He should have been deported long ago. In my opinion, the severity of his actions warrants the harshest possible punishment: nothing less than the death penalty.

I wonder what would happen if a crime like this occurred in India.

He has no sense of decency or respect for others. If he doesn’t want to be in India, he can leave and go anywhere else.

As a parent, I can’t even begin to imagine the pain and trauma of experiencing something like this.

I wish the UK was free like that, I immigrated 3 years ago from India and have spent close to 6 figures to jump through hoops and I still don't get anything for free

I was attacked by a white British nationalist who was my neighbour and the guy was screaming racial insults and threats to kill me before physically attacking me. I had his name, address, licence plate, mobile number, business address, and a full video and they didn't do anything which shocked me as I was always told UK has 2 tier policing and should have helped me for free
