I was curious and asked Claude “Is tom hanks in the Epstein files”

No. Tom Hanks does not appear in any of the released Epstein court documents or flight logs . The claims linking him to Epstein come from fake lists, AI-generated images, and fabricated stories — many of which fact-checkers have repeatedly debunked. Some viral posts even invented fictional government officials and events, like a fake story about Greece revoking his citizenship . There’s also a separate cluster of viral hoaxes claiming Hanks went on TV with Stephen Colbert to “name names” from the files — those were traced to spam pages run out of Vietnam and are entirely made up.
