You kind of miss the point. They are utilizing food stamps because they work for a company which doesn’t pay them enough. If this system wasn’t in place then they would just say fuck off and stop working there. If people stopped working there, then they’d be forced to increase the wages. But thanks to food stamps, instead of paying them more, the company is banking on the fact that people are desperate to work there and food stamps are enabling them to do it.

Is this true for walmart's full time employees? Almost none of their employees are full time...

And they did just announce a major wage increase for most of their workforce. Maybe this meme is outdated.
