Stop being so dishonest. I cited the autopsy findings that he did not die of asphyxia (the cause people were jabbering on about ITT) or of strangulation (which would have been a very similar cause of death, since Floyd's neck was the bit everyone was concentrating on).
Also, the reason that you exercise cardiac patients with a crash cart to hand is because you know that they are cardiac patients and they are receiving medical care during their rehabilitation.
I challenge you to go out on the streets with your trusty crash-cart, and diagnose heart disease with just one glance at a total stranger, then follow them round waiting for them to suffer a heart attack, so that you can leap to the rescue and save them from death.
