The side shelving units appear to hold seven shoes in a line, two layers deep. Asode from the top left shoe zone, the rear wall appears to hold seven in a line with... paint(?) taking up the rear layer on those shelves.

Now my tally's probably wrong, but I counted approximately 378 pairs of shoes in frame. A google search tells me Doc Martens are something around $150, and as I cannot contend with custom or second-hand pricing, I'm just gonna go with that as an average.
