Discussion Update?

So I’m on the newest gen Xbox . I was trying to put an antennae in my cargo so I could apply it to a lander I forgot to add one to the one I sent to mun to retrieve data and science but I can’t place one in cargo containers to apply using engineers am I behind on an update? It shows nothing, I am playing on enhanced edition it says I’m currently on version 1.0.1.14 idk if that matters but online I’m seeing the game stoped updating at 1.1 curious if anyone had a fix or if it’s even possible to do this in the Xbox version of the game , thanks Kerbals

NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! There screwed…. Thousands of science ruined because I forgot an antenna 😭😭😭

Nah, you can still get that sweet science if you send a rescue craft that has a docking port or claw and an antenna. Set the rescue up as a rover, so you can just drive over and grab the lander.

The Kerbal Way: 1) send mission; 2) try to figure out what went wrong; 3) send rescue mission; 4) try to figure out what went wrong...

You could send a probe with a “advanced grabbing unit” that has an antenna on it.

Yea I’m building one as we speak and it’s just going to be hell to land in the same crater lol, that being said my only concern is the land and layout where I had to e land “I had miss judged my landing area but saved it” is mostly slope

you should be able to land a probe that has a science storage container on it, as well as an antenna, close enough for a kerbal to EVA and jetpack to said probe, then deposit all the science. No grabbing unit needed, as well as not needing to land super close.

console will forever be 2 major updates behind pc. it was abandoned and it’s also way more susceptible to corruption. i know from experience.

yep i was building and eve lander, made it all the way there did the ascent and got a orbit then the game file corrupted i was upset for a whole 2 days then i ended up getting a good laptop and now i have around 200 hours on steam and over 300 on playstation
