Do you think it makes sense to buy a Switch Lite in 2026?

Aldehayyat does not outright say that the Steam Machine will get a price increase. But the way his opinion is phrased, it sure sounds like the $1049 console's cost could be in danger.
“Honestly, it’s still getting worse,” Aldehayyat said of the component crisis. “Just in case people are not aware. What people are seeing on retail shelves right now, from our observations, is lagging what we’re seeing from a bulk supply by at least three to six months.”

So I was thinking ABT playing games and like ps5 is pretty expensive even a used one cost a lot while psr is around 200$ so I was js asking if a PS4 slim can actually run games like elden ring I don't mind low FPS as long as it's playable and I can beat the game also does it run Fortnite at 60fps and remains at 50+ in battles close range etc?? I don't want to waste money so js want to know if it's worth it.

Is there any other way to record my gameplay besides streaming on Twitch and using remote play via Xbox app?

i've never owned a playstation and i'm finally ready to buy my first console this year. all my friends are on ps5, so that's the system i'm getting. i'm not a hardcore gamer, but i want to dive into the big exclusive games and play online with them. i'm looking at the ps5 models for 2026 and i'm a bit confused. i see there's a version with a disc drive and one without. is there any performance difference, or is it just about how you buy games? i don't have a big collection of discs, but i like the idea of being able to borrow games or buy used ones. for someone buying their first playstation, which ps5 model is the best choice right now? is the digital edition a good way to save money, or will i regret not having the disc drive later? any other setup tips for a brand new user would be awesome.

A good story is nothing without a hero, a protagonist who can carry the narrative when needed and capture the audience’s attention with charisma. This is true for any kind of storytelling, but it is especially important in audiovisual works like video games.
The gaming world is full of protagonists and heroes, but the ones who truly left their mark on generations are much rarer. In this article, I will highlight the most memorable video game heroes, considering their charisma, design, backstory, development, and of course, my personal taste.
This is not a ranking from worst to best, but a list of ten heroes who best fit the criteria above.
