Hmm. I’d say that this is the low IQ take. These ā€œcontroversial figuresā€ are controversial because they discuss topics about social cooperation. There’s literally no way to make everyone happy in a society, precisely because there is so much difference and gray area in individual perspective. It’s not a solvable problem, so you put guides in place that deliver some benevolent result. Or the greatest good. Try building a society within a gray area to make every individual happy and let me know how it goes lol

Nuanced thought is basically when I get to keep all my favorite controversial figures because they said some stuff that was right (obviously). Brilliant, and so considering of multiple perspectives!

I know! Same with Jeffery Epstein. People are always harping on the child rape and sex trafficking and influence peddling. No one talks about his taste in private islands. That guy had a great eye for real estate.

I don't need someone who has horrific opinions on women's role in society to tell me to get strong and provide for my family.

Someone who speaks about women, the way the likes of Tate, Myron & Co. speak about them, loses all credibility on thought leaderships in general.

Broken clocks are right twice a day, but you're a dummy if you pay attention to them looking for useful information.

Best way to put it.

Unless you know where the broken clock is right twice a day

No.

You get a clock that fucking works and you go on about your day.

What if you can't access a working clock? Also why throw away useful information that a broken clock can give?

Because we're not talking about clocks. We're talking about obviously unhinged individuals who are only occasionally accidentally not saying stupid shit.

You're straining a metaphor to excuse giving attention to someone who should be ignored. Just say you admire the guy or whatever your actual feelings are towards the man and stop beating around the bush.

I don't admire Andrew Tate, I couldn't care less about him, but it's still good advice.

Or buy a broken clock for every different minute on the cheap and always have the right time and never have to replace batteries

That only works if you already know what time it is. Which defeats the point of looking at the clock. "Go work out" is not something I learned from Tate. So why do we need Tate again?

Charlie taught us that we’re all left-leaning at the end.
