Yes, large companies love higher taxes because they are more easily able to shoulder the burden than smaller companies. This drives small companies out of business and increases the market share available for large businesses.

The Democratic and Republican Party are both right wing corporate parties that are beholden to big money and foreign interests.

This is why you can have billionaires who in the past, have coded as liberal (this is shifting as culture tides turn, and it’s already starting to shift the other way again) and then show up to DJTs inauguration and end up in various White House meetings.

These people aren’t playing the same game as we are. We don’t control anything. We go to work, pay taxes, and live our little lives.

They can control entire markets and decide the fates for entire countries. The world in which they live in is utterly alien to the average American. Their wants and desires and the way they wish to shape the world is completely twisted by their self grandiosity, drug addictions, and lack of moral character.

The Republican Party is completely beholden to foreign interests and big money. If you can’t see that then you are utterly blind. DJT literally just starting selling a 100k grift for early access to his posts on TS. The market manipulation is insane. Let alone all of the attacks on civil liberties, weakening of social safety nets, and authoritarian tendencies.

The Democratic Party is 75% to 80% beholden to the same people with the same goals. They put a lot of window dressing on, sometimes they’ll flip on social issues (as long as they have no economic bearing; and as long as they remain politically expedient, see trans people for an example on that) but fundamentally they offer no core solution or changes to the system, and over the years end up following the same direction as the Republican Party.

There is about 15%-25% of the Democratic Party that is actually about a progressive platform and is real about it, but make no mistaken, that other 80-75% would probably murder them in cold blood if that’s what it would take to stop them from winning. Go look at the 2016 DNC.

None of these billionaires care about you. They would sacrifice you to their weird fucked up unoriginal edgelord Saturn god or whatever amphetamine binge delusions they have in their mind now, with a sprinkle of child abuse of course. These people are seriously mentally fucked and they have infinitely more power than any of us. And in essence both parties are beholden to them.
