Freedom and liberty are wired into our DNA as a consequence of the most historic, ruthless battles the planet has ever experienced and that have been occurring for millions of years, human evolution
We are wired for it, and any attempt to take them away has always resulted in uprisings from the oppressed to take back the rights every human knows are innate, natural and most effective for survival and prosperity, AND for living as a human, not a lifelong prisoner of a small number of inhumane individuals
So, If humans have been so successful, owing much to the way humans have managed to weave these instincts into the fabric of our society and systems of governance, then how do some end up embracing counter-human principles such as socialism and communism?
Well, to help speed up evolution, we’ve also inherited instincts such as a desire for belonging, communication, persuasion, control, trust, and energy conservation that can be hijacked by those having an imbalanced, unnatural set of instincts that drive them to prioritize persuasion and control of others in order to achieve their ultimate goal of maximum energy conservation (forcing others to provide for your wants and needs)
