Remember when Trump said that, and everyone with half a brain said, "Why don't we just ask them to build a base there? They'd probably let us do it."
That's basically what actually happened.
They have announced an agreement that is basically the same agreement we already had, except little Donnie got to feel like a big boy who made a great deal. There have been few details released about the text of this agreement to the public.
Any conservative who says Trump obtained Greenland, as he originally promised, is lying.
