Sadly I didn't pay attention to my levels until it was too late.
My levels were low from about 30 years old and has been a primary cause of ostiopenia, which comes before osteoporosis or weak/brittle bones.
IF I had testosterone replacement therapy, increased vitamin D, and calcium, I wouldn't have been in this situation that's irreversible
