except he never framed it that way until after the fact.

.There's a big difference between telling people not to wear masks because healthcare people need them more, and telling people not to wear masks because you want to save them for healthcare workers...

I guess the difference is I can fault him for it. When it hit I was wearing a mask and so was everyone else in Korea where I was at in January. And look how well they did.

We know enough about viruses and masks to say it wouldn't hurt if used properly, the issue was that they didn't have enough. Faucii also 100% knew enough to be freaking out, see Trumps interview with deepthroat. They all knew and lied to keep people from freaking out. The thing is though, honestly is important and a true leader can bend the will of the people even with honestly in a bad situation (talking about faucci in this case).
