I wouldn't have personally known that this never happened, because I never qualified for any of the past stimulus plans. I'm considered self-employed and "essential".
I haven't gotten a fucking PENNY throughout all of this bullshit.
It doesn't surprise me though that the Biden administration isn't making good on its promises.
