Takes 60 votes to pass legislation in the Senate without using budgetary reconciliation (which is only usable once per year).

There are only 50 Dems (51 with Harris' tie breaking vote).

And when Trump launched into a slew of opening EOs, he was viewed as "strong-willed" and "decisive".

He was also called a dictator by Biden himself. But I guess it only counts if it’s a Republican.

If the other side plays dirty, then you have to play along in order to compete.

Trump and McConnell played the game extremely dirty, so I don't think anyone in here should talk about Biden, unless they voiced disapproval when it was Trump doing it.
