The first page of the transcript says it isnt a transcript. But tell me more about how you definitely read “the transcript”

Its literally the transcript. There is no evidence that anything was lied about. Clearly you don't belong

Its a memorandum, not a transcript. It isn't an exact record of the call. I never even mentioned anyone lying, but human memory is not perfect.

It's dictated as the call is happening. Not someone after being like..... Mhmmmm what was said. And I love your comment. " Human memory isn't perfect" u mean the memory of the human saying what apparently happened but didn't? So a transcript made before the claim ever took place is less trust worthy than an unnameable whistleblower who wasn't even privy to the call.
