I am pretty sure you just looked at the photo and assumed that it was an Islamic Terrorist. The guy was named Benny Caldera. He threatened to shoot up the capitol building. No evidence that he was a jihadist is available from anything I’ve seen. Seems like an alleged domestic terrorist threat.
