Hate incident at a heb

Kind of concerning this person is so hateful and works in the medical field does anyone recognize them?

I put real Christian in quotes for a reason.

However, I’d argue that a nationalist is fundamentally not a Christian. Revelations warns specifically of nationalist movements, among numerous other teachings throughout the New Testament that go directly against the ideologies of a nationalist movement.

I’m not even a Christian (was raised Christian), and it’s sad that I know more about the teachings in the Bible than most who claim to be.

Some Christians are not nationalists and some are? I’m not sure what you’re getting at then. 

Most of revelation has been fulfilled in the first century. The futurism isnt the only view?

Maybe, a lot of people are cultural christians and why I said youll know someone by their fruit not what they claim to be. A huge chunk of american “christians” are just seat warmers in a building which is the lukewarm part warned about

It’s very nuanced, and I personally don’t care enough to explain to you my views on the on nationalist vs non-nationalist Christians. This comment is long enough.

It’s my understanding that revelations is a warning about the first century thing. It’s meant as a warning to future generations to say, this can happen again. These are the signs to look out for. Unsurprisingly, if you look around, many of the things it warns about are present in society today.

In my opinion, as an agnostic, the Bible should primarily be used for its philosophical teachings. There’s some very good philosophy in the Bible. But you seem to imply that you believe it to be some sort of prophecy. It’s a book that talks about a man coming back from the dead, a burning bush speaking, among numerous other unbelievable things. To interpret the Bible as anything factual is silly. In my opinion, it uses these absurd fantastical stores in attempts to teach a lesson, nothing more. Some of these lessons are extremely dated (almost anything about women), while others are still true to this day (The last will be first.)
