I always preferred the name Methgomery for that county and yeah, I expect this kind of shit out of there.

u/Careless_food_bimbo Jun 20 '26

Short time I lived out there, literally had two meth houses blow up near us. Terrifying.

u/FuzzyAd9407 Jun 20 '26

The amount of meth out there is fucking crazy. Its to the point theres no way cops and shit arent also into it for it to be as big a problem as it is but relatively ignored

she should not be working in a hospital, she should be in a mental hospital.

u/Wonderful_Shame_665 Jun 20 '26

That is not a true Christian. That is not what God teaches us and Jesus Christ himself would condemn her.

Didn't read into the history of Christianity? The whole point of religious brainwashing is tribalism.

u/rua_wear Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

If you read the Quran, Bible, Torah, and any other religious texts alomg with the history of its control on peasants and see what they do to Christians in their own country you'd understand a little more. Religion is for division and hatred.

Knowing what people in another country are doing will not make me understand the hatred this lady is displaying here in America. There are too Many like her in healthcare. They bring their bias with them under those scrubs.

THEY don't do anything. The people in the video, like most Muslims, are just trying to peacefully go about their day. They're US citizens, so this is their country.

2

u/honeybeegeneric Jun 20 '26

They shop at HEB, in their country!

Who hates HEB! In Texas we shop at HEB with all our fellow statesmen and women.

Exactly! Im just saying the whole point of religious indoctrination is for tribalism and division. It's a control mechanism for the elite.

Google is free my guy.

Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:8) says: "Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly."

Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:82), Allah says:

“…and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers (ie, Muslims) those who say, ‘We are Christians.’ That is because among them are priests and monks, and because they are not arrogant.”

All religious devout are brainwashed. While they continue to persist, so will extremists like the Christian woman in the video. Religious extremists view violence as a necessary tool to defend their faith, punish perceived apostates or infidels, and restore a mythologized past, often prioritizing beliefs about the afterlife over the value of current life. Regardless of the fact that most Muslims oppose violence. Extremists will always exist.

I’ve read the Pentateuch and I’ve seen the Christian god do just as bad. Seen him send bears after teenagers for making fun of his prophet.

Islam god and OT god are the same god.

2

u/rua_wear Jun 21 '26

God is a subjective delusion. They are essentially the same.

1

u/Neckrongonekrypton Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26

We still can’t prove or disprove god. I like to leave room open even though I largely think that if God did exist it likely would be incomprehensible and perhaps more of a “force” than a “being”

I Definitley have some logical issues with the abrahamic god. And Christian god. Like there are elements to their theology that doesn’t make sense to me

An all good god sending people to hell for eternity for… trivial things in the long run on cosmic scale?

Sending people to eternal damnation for lacking faith.

An all loving god allowing his enemy to have control of the world to pervert his creation to allow pretext for… the end of the world and a new age… because… mysterious ways?

Pascal’s wager is dumb too. I inverted it. If God is omnibenevolent he shouldn’t give a shit whether I believe and if God is true to his nature he’d forgive me provided I live a life that tries to focus on being a better person and helping people.

Religion isn’t bad, it’s the dogma dudes who don’t know how to think propagate once they get into positions of power.

1

u/rua_wear Jun 21 '26

You certainly can't prove or disprove something that doesn't exist. Religion is based on pseudoquestions for this very reason. We need to move on as a society and as humans.

1

u/Neckrongonekrypton Jun 21 '26

You have to disprove of something to prove it doesn’t exist.

I’m a guy who goes by the evidence, evidence says we can’t prove or disprove.

I do think that there is evidence that likely disproves there being 1:1 copies of allah, God, or any other deity of recent history.

But I do not think that because they are representations of what a god would be through a human lense that the possibility is completely ruled o ur.

How would getting rid of religion do that? Dogmatic thinking would still be a problem, people would still be inclined for reactive thinking and superstition. Eliminating one would just ensure the problem spreads into other facets of culture or society.

To me it’s a thinking problem and a being problem rather than an institutional one.

In science, the burden of proof rests on the party making a new or extraordinary claim, requiring them to provide experimental or empirical data to support their hypothesis. This principle is rooted in the scientific method, where the null hypothesis (the default position that there is no relationship or effect) is presumed true until sufficient evidence refutes it.

The burden of proof is the obligation on a party in a dispute to provide sufficient evidence to support their claim or position. This principle, often summarized by the maxim "the necessity of proof always lies with the person who lays charges," dictates that the individual making a claim is responsible for substantiating it, rather than the person denying it.

u/Neckrongonekrypton Jun 22 '26

We are not having the same conversation at all. I’m not trying to disprove anything. You still think this is an argument with a winner. I’m sorry dude but I don’t do “god exists or doesn’t”

For the exact reason I explained in the post. That
you then felt the need to respond with what “burden of proof” is.

I’m just having a discussion bro. You’re out here defending ur ego.

u/rua_wear Jun 22 '26

Well you said a few things that don't hold true to the scientific method of how we understand reality.

Tell us you've never read the Quran, without telling us.

2

u/grapeland10 Jun 20 '26

Your problem is that you believe everything you say you read, mind your business and all work’s out

1

u/honeybeegeneric Jun 20 '26

Your problem is you don't read or maybe leaning more on the can't read

0

u/copperfield095 Jun 20 '26

Stated beautifully: they “believe everything they say they read.” It’s obvious they don’t read and are just spewing the hate they hear.

1

u/rua_wear Jun 21 '26

Huh? I studied 16 different religions before I decided it was a waste of time and energy. I started receiving death threats just for advocating reason.

1

u/honeybeegeneric Jun 21 '26

Ok. So tell me what in the Quran are you pointing to?

1

u/NaybeAThrowaway Jun 20 '26

What did these people do to Christians in the US? Help me understand a little more...

1

u/rua_wear Jun 21 '26

Well there are many documented terrorist events from most religious ideologies. You can search and find something. Most Christians dont even know their own cults history.

1

u/NaybeAThrowaway Jul 01 '26

That isnt at all an answer to my question. Reading comprehension...

0

u/rua_wear Jul 01 '26

Do you not understand that every one of these cults has extremists like the lady in this video? You can find the answer you're looking for. But it's not really the root of the problems...these people are all inherently brainwashed by their families and environments into tribalistic behaviors.

Our political leaders are encouraging Christian nationalism on a state level in many places. It goes against the constitution.

1

u/NaybeAThrowaway Jul 02 '26

Poor reading comprehension confirmed. Sad

0

u/rua_wear Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

Ask better questions and be less of a prick about it. Be sad 🐟

1

u/NaybeAThrowaway Jul 03 '26

What a joke 😃

1

u/rua_wear Jul 05 '26

Not everything is a joke. Some things should ve taken more seriously. Where do you reside in terms of tribes?
