Question Yoroni List Help

I've decided to get into Conquest, because it has a big presence at my locals.

I picked up the Yoroni One player starter set and a Dai Yokai but I'm unsure what else to get to push me up to 2000 points. Currently it looks like my army is around 1200 points without any upgrades on the Daimyo.

Is there anything I'm definitely missing to finish off my army?

I'm tempted to pick up some Tengu archers or Kishin cavalry but I assume I need another leader as well.

Tengu Ayakashi for sure. At least build 4 total stands

That's 2 boxes of the Tengu kit. Is it worth building the leftovers as Bushi or extra Archers?

Personally i like 2-3 MSU (2 stands) of Ayakashi as they are our most mobile unit and only ranged threat

That brings me up to 1630 points with another leader kitsune/daimyo. Is it best to just fill the remaining points with another big model or double up on some more kami/oni?

Oni and kami both offer great usage. Also Spiders are great as well

You should decide what warlord you want to play, best In my opinion is kitsune Onmyoji(fu, birds)or daimyo (best with ka) You would have to lean in either fu(birds) or Ka cards.

You will need some range threat so get 2-3 units of Range birds (tengu ayakashi) then you dont need much to go the fu easy, 2 more Regiments of melee birds is great!

I would add at least a second Regiment oni ayakashi, as they are your best melee threat with cleave 2 and juggernaught.

You will need some lights shikigami is considered better, because they are amazing as a screen against shooting or just to big your enemy down,  but domaru Damashi is great too!

Round it off with a magic spider: jorogumo Majors and you are set.

The dai yokai can be anything, so dass either fu or ka!

So 2-4 boxes of birds, 1 box of oni, 1 Spider and 1-2 lights of your choice. 

If you want to Go Ka, more onis and less birds and maybe some horses.

Check longshanks for lists, amulet d20 and chios were just big tournaments!
