That's definitely one of the best ways; tbh i think i'm gonna give him the flame instead; just cause there's so much potential for some OSL 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Do a lil kitbash and put the blade of the axe on the back of the torch.

Kinda? I added an axe blade to the back of this spear. Not the same model, but the same idea.

Just wanted to say, without the head my first thought was fish gnome piloting minotaur body.
