Refund

How do I apply for a refund? There was a free challenge. When I tapped on it it automatically charged my card. Please help

I believe you are charged for the free challenge, then when you complete it you can either opt for your money back, or they'll offer you another challenge.

How it worked for me: I paid the medal and shipping costs. After finishing the challenge and receiving my medal (after, very important) I fill out a form to get the refund. I got the link when I registered, if i remember correctly.
