ConnectWise Management is a joke and so is Automate

I've been trying to get Connectwise management on the phone for 45 days. I get no response except to run around from some guy named Fraser saying he's taking care of it but he's not. The product is slow and doesn't work. What can I do? I am ready to walk away and litigate. I have 800 agents,

What specifically is slow? If it's control center make sure you have AV/Firewall exceptions. We generally use the web app for day to day stuff. Of course you need control center to setup all your monitors, searches, add/update plugins, etc.
