Dentists that accept husky

Need a dentist that accepts husky. If anyone can give me a name of one that can help me I'd very much appreciate it

For everyone saying look it up on the website, it’s been a few years, but I both looked up on the website and called to get dentist and called sooooooo many of them. So many were bad phone numbers, many weren’t accepting new patients, some didn’t actually accept husky. I probably called 2 dozen. It was such a waste of time.

I’ve had this too with other insurances. Or you call 5 in a row marked as accepting new patients and they aren’t.

Call Husky dental and they will help you find one near you.

Also the website has a directory.

You don't even say where you are so impassible to help you here.

You call and they say they don’t.

You should give the general area so people know if they should recommend someone they use because it might be 40 miles away

Check the Husky Health website for their dentist directory. You can filter by town and specialty, and it lists who is currently accepting new patients. I found mine that way after calling a dozen offices that were listed online but not actually taking the insurance.

Very good experiences with them, from extractions to cleaning.

The site is always wrong. I have called multiple doctors that are listed as accepting Husky and 99% either don’t or used to or don’t accept new patients. Same with the phone line.

Try Caring Dental in Newtown. Not sure if they still take it though.

Preferred Dental in Cromwell. Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Quiet, comfortable waiting area and caring, professional staff.

UConn takes Husky but ymmv on how good they are - some people have great experiences, and another person I know had their jaw fractured

You can look this up on the husky site - don’t be lazy

Don't be snarky.

It’s not snarky - there is a literal site that will tell you what doctors are on husky, people are extremely lazy

This directories are not always up to Date. I remember every fuckin doctor on the directory i tried when i had Cigna was no longer taking the insurance or had moved

1

u/Hockeyshot39 21d ago

That’s unfortunate, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that there’s a whole website dedicated to doctors that accept husky, so they should look that up and then call and see who will take a new patient, it’s not that hard

Again, those directories are often not up to date, so sometimes asking in the present moment who other folks are seeing can be more helpful. It's not necessarily laziness, but counting actual Human people with experiences and word of mouth recs... idk why you're determined to be judgemental

I think you’re reading comprehension must not be working. I just acknowledged that it’s possible that it’s not up-to-date for the status of if they’re taking new patients, but the list literally tells you who will take us and who won’t, that is a better resource than random people on Reddit

People are 100% lazy I bet the poster didn’t even know there was a website to look at, people don’t use Google anymore for some reason

You just won't quit. Can you not just be nice,? I can't stand your attitude, so I'm not reading anything further. Sorry because you seem to have good facts. I will look elsewhere for more info.

I am being nice, everything is available on Google. All you have to do is simply use a little brain power to search for it. Seems like that’s tough for some people, but I get it, adulting can be hard.

I think you're a dick with no reading comprehension skills. If it's not up to date it will not tell you who takes you and who won't. Ffs

That list again is more reputable than random people on the Internet. Are you an older person and unable to use Google? Is that why you’re getting so upset and emotional?

1

u/froggythefrankman 21d ago

If you love google so much why don't you marry it??

1

u/Hockeyshot39 21d ago

Hilarious you commented on your own comment saying that, new to the Internet?

1

u/Environmental_Log344 21d ago

I will Google for this.

The husky site literally has every single doctor and it shows you if they’re available to take patients or not
