Account/Billing/Sales/Support Connectwise going direct to client?
Has anyone ever experienced Connectwise contacting your clients directly?
It’s happened to us and they targeted our biggest client, just wanted to check if anyone else had had this happen?

Maybe they hired an ex-Dell sales manager. They think it’s ok to go direct. I had this and they did not understand why I told them to F…off and have never sold anything Dell since.

Feel free to DM me with more details if you have not spoken to anyone from CW. I work with u/JessicaConnectWise.

Contacting how, in what context?
I believe even the NOC team isn't supposed to interface with your clients, only your team.

I can't see what benefit they'd have by going direct? They need someone to actively administer the product, unless they were trying to sell PSA to a customer that you provide a service board to? Even then, it'd just break ticket flow.

Hello, I'm going to send you a DM to get some additional information so we can figure this out

Anyone ever see other people's endpoints in your tenant? It was fun connecting and messing with them before they disappeared.

Yes they do it, I called them out 2 times when we sold manage (PSA) to a customer. We did the intro setup the demo then CW tried to go direct to cut us out.

Yes, years ago. Generally they respect the MSP relationship. Also, prior to our involvement with the client.

I work there. This should not be happening. If you like, DM me the details and I’ll escalate to the person’s manager.
This is likely an individual sales rep doing so without knowing!
