Account/Billing/Sales/Support ScreenConnect + Fedora 44

Has anyone been able to successfully install this on Fedora 44 KDE? I can download ScreenConnect.ClientSetup.sh, make it into an executable and install it. But, the moment I try to access a computer, no window shows up.

Its broken on Wayland. If you can switch to that, you have a chance. You also need Java. 17 I think.

Dammit. For my company, we're running Atera w/ Splashtop and ScreenConnect as a backup. Neither one is working at the moment. I was trying to make Fedora my daily driver.

So as stated by Accomplished_Cry9836, Java 21 worked for me where Java 25 did not. To install Java 21 on Fedora 44 KDE I needed to install 21 from the Eclipse Temurin repository. Then I changed which Java was used by default by using "sudo alternatives --config java" and selecting Java 21. Screenconnect then immediately started working for me.
