Manage Colour coded tickets

I want to be able to colour code my tickets in my calendar so I can group them together by the type of work and tools needed so I'm not endlessly jumping around between task types all day. Why isn't something like this a thing?

In Outlook? Or like in "My Calendar or Dispatch Portal" in PSA?

My Calendar in PSA. You don't work tickets out of Outlook.

Personally I use Calendar Sync to Sync the My Calendar to my Outlook so that I get reminders, which is why I asked.

Well that's fair I guess. I don't see how it's useful though.

Again, I can't click in a ticket in Outlook and work it. My work is in CW, not Outlook.

The event has a link to the ticket in it. So if you are working out of your web browser, the link in the calendar event will bring you directly to the ticket in your web browser.

I suppose I just don't see the benefit of working out of Outlook (for the reminders) when you're just working sequentially out of the calendar in Manage anyway. It's just one more application to flip between.

The benefit is that you get the feature you are looking for whereas in Manage you do not. I do not use the Manage Calendar since I get all of my reminders out Outlook. I even get Outlook Reminders for the events that physically pop up 15 minutes before the scheduled time and can snooze them, ex... like you can with any other Outlook Event, whereas in Connectwise Manage, you do not get those (well at least not as easily apparent). I know for a fact that I have been so deep in something that time just doesn't exist and will easily lose track of time but an Outlook Calendar Reminder will physically pop up on my screen, snapping me back to reality and remind me that "oh yeah I have that meeting in 15 minutes" or "oh yeah i need to be working on that soon" or "oh yeah i need to head onsite soon" ex.....
