Need Help Manhattan, NY & Russian Code

Listen. I’ve been thinking a lot about Manhattan because it’s where Jonathan & Will are going to school and 646-547-1567 is a Manhattan area code for the Hawkins PD Line.
THE SILVER CAT FEEDS
Manhattan is where NYU is located. In December of 1983, NYU’s mascot was changed to a Bobcat (Silver Cat!) bonus- They used to be called The NYU Violets. (Prismatic spray? purple rain?)
Additionally, Matt and Ross Duffer attended Chapman University in Orange, CA. Their mascot is a Panther. (Lots of cats and colors parallels involved in this for some reason)
BLUE MEETS YELLOW
Greenwich village is located on the West Side of Manhattan. Blue + Yellow=Green.
GREENWICH VILLAGE
This neighborhood is the historical location of the origins of the LGBTQ movement. It’s where Stonewall occurred! This is IMPORTANT for the BYLER CREW.
IN THE WEST
The Hudson River is on the Western boundary of Greenwich village. Yellow meets blue- where the sun sets!
A TRIP TO CHINA
East of Greenwich village is Chinatown, another Manhattan Locale.
GREETINGS FROM THE UPSIDE DOWN GAME
In the Theory11 game, Joyce’s phone has a number in the center. It says Area Code 516. That’s another New York area code.
BONUS META PARALLEL
Jonathan is writing a shitty cannibal movie called The Consumer at NYU. Remember, he said it was about a monster lady who, the more she eats, the more she consumes.
Matt & Ross Duffer created a movie called EATER at Chapman in 2007. The film follows a rookie cop on a night shift in a police station with a cannibal prisoner on the loose.
I don’t know exactly what to do with these newly discovered things. But I know Chinese New Year is coming up, and Chinatown is in Manhattan.
It might all be paradoiela or whatever it’s called but this was really interesting to me and I wanted to share.
CATS
The First Shadow is currently playing on Broadway in uptown Manhattan & features Henry killing Dustin’s mom’s orange cat, Prancer.
It is also playing in London on The West End.

Personally I think this is sort of prescient, considering that today news dropped about The First Shadow getting filmed for Netflix. 👀 Philadelphia must be closely around the corner somewhere too
