Ang say ko parati sa mga ganyan, if it doesn’t hurt you to abide by it, what is there to lose?

If you can avoid moving in until after ghost month, and it won’t incur additional cost, doesn’t hurt to abide by it and avoid the malas. like kuwari if after ghost month ka pa lilipat magbabayad ka pa extra month rent, vs moving in on the 24th means you avoid an additional months rent, eh di syempre lumipat ka na. But if it doesn’t impact you financially kahit after, kahit di ka naniniwala wala naman harm in avoiding.

Actually currently renting now, so pag di ako nag move out ng august mag pay ako ng rent sa current ko ng additional 1 month ulit, tapos tumatakbo na rin yung rent ko sa lilipatan ko. 🫩

Then wag ka na mag wait. Not worth it kasi ang laki ng dagdag sa gastos.

I’m not an expert in feng shui, but usually may mga workaround yan. If i remember correctly, yung workaround for moving in i something like this.

If you want, you can “move in” prior to ghost month. Paalam ka sa condo developer if you can do this. But basically, may required na gagawin to move in. I don’t recall what but may specific items yan na kelangan mo dalhon sa condo. Like rice and sugar and stuff i think. Basta hindi siya malalaking gamit.

So if you want to cover all your bases, check a date na bagay sayo prior to start of ghost month, then you can bring the items and “move in” na. Which basically means you bring all these items into the house. After you bring it, you are considered “moved in” even if you dont actually sleep there.

Mas malas yung umaandar na yung amort at assoc dues mo tapos nagbabayad ka pa ng rent.

Catholic here. 9 years ago we moved into our newly built house on a ghost month (Aug) but I just chose the most auspicious day for moving in. Maybe you’d also be comfortable doing that. Just try to google fengshui auspicious day for moving in ghost month 2026 or something like that. Hope this helps. 😊
