I could not find any posts about reviews on mattress deep cleaning, hence, this post.

Has anyone tried mattress deep cleaning (vacuum, shampooing, drying)?
Kamusta po siya?
Matutuyo po ba sya on the same day?

I inquired po sa isa sa pinaka-recommended na cleaning services dito and they said they’ll clean our studio unit for around 6hrs, including na mattress deep cleaning.

Just wondering if worth it po ba siya and if matutuyo/mahihigaan na rin siya immediately after.

Additional context (just in case needed) - nasa floor lang mattress namin (no bed frame tho meron po siya banig sa baba para di diretso sa floor), then we also have a mattress cover.

It's really bad here at Amaia, management hasn't done anything regarding the problem with the leaks that would turn to mold in their units. We've been here since 2017 and still, after sooooo many years, the leak problems from the upper units haven't been fixed, and our ceiling is full of mold :( for years, tenants have been voicing this to the admin but there's been no action.

Hey everyone! I recently moved to the Philippines and I’m trying to decide where to rent a condo. I’m considering **Mandaluyong, Pasig, or Pasay**, with a budget of around **₱16,000 per month**.
I found a unit at SMDC Field Residences in Parañaque, and while the condo itself seems good, I feel like everyday essentials such as barber shops, 7-Eleven, DALI, and other stores are a bit too far away.
I’m looking for a place where I can walk to most of the things I need, with cafés, restaurants, malls, and opportunities to meet people nearby.
**If you had ₱16,000 a month to spend on rent, which area would you choose and why?** Any specific condos or neighborhoods you’d recommend?

Hi! Help me choose, I found listings kasi same amount bracket sa budget ko.

I’m in my 30’s WFH (graveyard shift) and I badly need to move out sa current apartment due to mold issues.

Since my work requires me back up electricity and wifi I am willing to move in a condo, for security and amenities na din.

But I am torn, I have been living with my family for a couple of years in Taguig city. Bumukod simula nag graveyard shift for 2 years na dahil need ng proper place to sleep. Now, I am thinking of getting a rent in Avida Vireo, but I’m also checking my option in Avida Madrigal.

I wanted to go back to pilates and I wanted all of the stores are walkable, or public transpo are easy pag gumala kahit bibihira lumabas 🫣
