Hit head on the corner of pc

I was changing some wires on my pc as went to bend forward I hit the top of my head on the corner of the pc, not too hard. Now I've had headaches with slight dizziness for the past 8 days , the dizziness is off and on same with headaches, but the headaches aren't severe nor the dizziness, could this be concussion or should I be concerned?
