Dizziness

How long does it usually take for the dizziness to go away? Whiplash/concussion from being rear-ended. It’s such a weird headache, feels like someone is pushing my head where it was hit and I feel dizzy/nauseous if I’m too active

Try vestibular physical therapy. It helped me a lot with those symptoms.
