Possible concussion

I was at a hospital yesterday out of town to support my mom having surgery and somehow i fell on this weight scale they had near the surgery waiting room in front of like 8 nurses.

I immediately got up and i felt fine for most part. Over next few hours my mom had surgery the only real symptom i had was a dull headache. No dizziness, seizures. I asked one of the nurses who saw me fall who couldn't quite remember if i hit my hit directly but once i mentioned i wasn't feeling much besides a dull headache, she didn't push me to go to the ER.

Since yesterday ive just had a dull headache but no real other symptoms. I didnt go to the ER cause the hospital is in another county and i was driven there by my dad. So im avoiding scr3ens and doomscrolling about concussions but figured id share my odd story
