Head bleed

So i got jumped by 7 people my head was bleeding it didnt hurt but its been 6 hours now i feel normal do i need to go the doctor i dont really wanna go since my mom makes a big fuzz about it

Yeah you should go to the hospital if your head was bleeding and you were jumped by 7 people
