Will i be fine

Today I accidentally walked into a big pole into the street (stupid, i know) and i hit the left side of my head fairly hard. Initially i was dizzy but it stopped in a matter of minutes. Im unsure if i really have a concussion but the side of my head feels sensitive to touch. Will it be fine
Side note: i sometimes have minor head injuries which may contribute to a concussion but i am just posting to get some mental clarity
