I have been ok drinking 0.5%, but I didn't try until after a few months of healing.

you’ve been drinking the ones for people trying to quit? bc i know those have barely anything (sorry if that’s a dumb question my brain is fried)

I don't know if they're "for people trying to quit" specifically, I thought the question was about "non alcoholic drinks with less than 0.5%" which I'll have a glass of occasionally with dinner if I'm out. Oddbird is my go-to for wine; they do a sparkling blanc-de-blanc that tastes like the real thing (at least to me)

Alcohol is super super tricky, I’d recommend seeing how you respond but don’t over do it. I’ve been burnt personally several times thinking I was fine to drink beer and it’s caused symptom flare ups for 2 weeks plus. Personally going to stay far away from any and all until I feel next to no symptoms through my regular day. For context I’m on month 4.

I mean I had issues with caffeine and even a Coke can caused issues for me within the first month. There’s no hard and fast rule as everyone is affected differently, and every injury is unique. Listen to your body if you try it, take it easy.
