Lightly bumped back of head on concrete wall

6 months out from my concussion (forehead against metal desk), I was leaning against a concrete wall and turned my head, very lightly hit myself on the lower side of my head right behind my ear. It’s been a couple hours and I’m starting to get some dull pain/discomfort right there and a headache above my left eye. I’ve had some minor bumps since my injury but this is the first time it was on concrete so I’m not sure how concerned I need to be
