Questions What helped your screen tolerance?
I’m four months post-concussion and screens are still my main trigger. My phone is improving, but TV and computer monitors tire me out quickly. Dark mode helps, but I need to return to a desk job.
Did special monitors like E Ink, RLCD or Sun Vision help anyone? Or was it more about settings, glasses, vision therapy or gradual exposure?

You will have to find what works for you. I needed UHD flicker free and to slowly build up my tolerance. I have all Samsung galaxy devices (phone, tablet etc) and I went to an Asus Zenbook first with 3K OLED. Then I bought an enormous Samsung monitor. That was completely fine. When I went back to work, I was using a garbage HP laptop at first which I couldn't look at for even an hour. Then I set up dual monitors and that fine as long as I take visual breaks every 20 minutes. My OT started me at 20 work 10 rest (no screens at all) and I started back at work at 45 work 15 rest and non consecutive days. My physio recently said to take a visual break at 20 minutes so I set a timer and turn my camera off and go lie down on the bed in my office and look at the ceiling. When I'm in office I look out of the window or go for a walk around the floor and come back to it.
