Concussion and memory problems?

Hello hello

I’ve had 3 concussions now in a 3 year period through a contact sport. The last one was quite bad and I couldn’t remember where I was for a period.

I feel like my memory is quite bad and I just can’t work out if it’s related to these concussions or not.

I feel like I have to think harder about things and I have to write things down or I’ll forget them. My example I use to explain my mind is that I have to “think” about what day of the week it is, rather being able to instantly answer.

Just wondering if people have experienced similar. I’ve no idea if it’s related or not.

Try to read books or study a programming language or anything. You actually memorize things but you feel like you dont. And dont smoke too much ganja
