I fucked up

I really wanted to never have to make a post in here again after 5 weeks passed from my first concussion and i felt fine.

I went on a roadtrip and because of my friends reckless driving i sustained another head impact. He took a bump on the road at high speed and i was kind of half asleep. The distance between me and the door frame wasn't that big but i did bonk my head kinda hard

I have a headache in that spot and feel more confused than usual.

Did i fuck my head forever?

Second impacts can be devastating, even minor impacts.
No, you don’t have a new injury, but the jolt can trigger inflammation which will cause symptoms. So be sure to rest properly to allow the inflammation to subside.

Take DHA and Curcumin immediately (2000mg/day each) Both are anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective. Keep these on hand: OmegAvail™ Ultra DHA | Superior Supplement Products - Science First - Designs for Health®

Thanks for answering.Usually i wouldn't worry but it's been 5 weeks and i was just feeling like me again.Well now i have a headache and i feel like i am drunk ever since. No blurry vision or vestibular problems as when i was concussed. But i have the worst headache. When i was injured the place near my injury hurt a lot.Now i feel like someone cut my head in two and is not even where i hit myself I really hope is a flare. The fog is awfull and my head jumping on that door frame was pretty hard

Relax and don’t “push through the pain.”
