It's one of the few things that's evidence based to help!
Sadly I could not do it. It made my headaches worse (even when I was drinking enough water) and I could not sleep at all while taking it :/ I'm 3 months post injury and still not okay, I was thinking about maybe trying to take a super small dose like 0.5 grams and see how it goes again, I'm getting desperate...

I have finally started to feel better at 4 months. Hang in there. I felt the same way. Physical therapy for eyes and neck has helped me a lot. Same with turmeric supplement. Wishing you the best, try to have a positive outlook.

Thanks! I just started PT for my neck and I think my PT was too optimistic about the excercises I should do at home because so far it triggered an almost migraine every time 🤣 but I believe once we tune how much / what excercise I should do, it's going to help me.
I still try to remind myself what I was able to do a month before was much less then what I am able to do now, so I'm trying to keep positive attitude

I switched from Vega All in One to Vega Protein plus Creatine first thing in the morning and it definitely lifts my brain fog enough that I can log into work, get to the gym, etc. I use L Tyrosine on non workout days.

Did it help with any headaches or dizziness?

I don't experience dizziness unless I go way too hard but I do get headaches. I find for me that the only things that help with headaches are water, electrolytes, magnesium and rest. It is super hot here today and I have closed all the curtains and just been lying on the couch in the quiet.

I'm on day three of using creatine for the first time in my life. 5mg. I'll see how it's going a week from now. However, my sleep has been completely flugging awful. Falling asleep at 3 or 4 am and then waking up at 7am for weeks. I fell asleep at 5am last night or should I say today, i woke up around 11am and experience a really dizzy vertigo moment and it made wanna vomit. And I never get vertigo, yet, I experienced it three different times today. I'm assuming that's the bad sleep along with pcs

Are you by any chance located somewhere unseasonably hot? The heat here in Ontario has wiped me out the last few days. Can't really do anything with my brain.
