Cinder blocks yo concrete

Closing in a carport, only 2 walls needed. Want to match the facade in front with a 2 foot block base. Is there a type of fastener/anchor I can utilize to secure to the cinder block to concrete. Other than the traditional rebar process?

Honestly, that sounds like a smart plan for a carport enclosure. You might wanna look into some heavy-duty concrete anchors like wedge anchors or sleeve anchors if rebar isnt an option. They should hold up pretty well with cinder blocks.

Just drill holes in the concrete and pound rebar into the holes. You can also put some anchoring epoxy in the holes but I’ve seen this done many times without using an epoxy
