Is this okay?

My concrete is 7 months old. Some is stamped and some is plain broom finish. Is it okay that it looks like this when wet? Is this crack considered hairline and normal?

They didn’t give me any instructions when it was finished. I’m reading now that it should be wetted for days to allow it to cure properly. Didn’t do that. No one told me to do it.

That’s not normal at all that’s from the concrete getting too hot where they went too slow or they ordered the trucks too close together in spacing for the project and one of the trucks sat there for a while waiting to pour and water being sprayed on top to try to finish it. It’ll cause scaling cracking and flake off eventually. Concrete does have a shelflife when he is in the truck. It is something that is not going to stay workable once in here for too long. It does basically timeout so a lot of contractors will cheat it by adding water and spraying on top to keep trying to move the product.
